Introduction (5 min)
Binocular Tutorial (5 min)
Stroll to different habitats to observe birds and discuss different ways to identify birds from field marks, sounds, and behaviors. (90 min)
Walk back to starting point (10 min)
Conclusion and recap of birds seen (10 min)

By the end, participants will have a better idea how to identify birds, and a deeper appreciation of the many birds that call this region home. They will leave with the skills to continue their birding journey.

We will provide binoculars for participants
