We’ll use our time in this workshop to connect with our breath and create space within. When we can connect with our breath we can enjoy the peace outside the hamster wheel of our thoughts.

We’ll open the session with a breath “warm up” and that will prepare us for a Breathwork ceremony. The Conscious Connected, or two part breath pattern we’ll use is a powerful way of breathing that can create a catalyst for transformation and deep healing.

Following our breathwork we’ll shift into a beautiful crystal bowl sound bath where your body can rest and integrate the work. Giving ourselves the opportunity to release what no longer serves us, recalibrate and begin anew is one of the best gifts we can give ourselves. I’d say if you’re looking for a reset, this space may be for you!

-Yoga mat/thick pad/blanket(s)
-Something to rest your head on (pillow, bolster, towel, article of clothing)
-Water/hydration
-Journal
-Sacred Items to charge on the altar (crystals, meaningful tokens, stones, etc)
-Eye mask, ear plugs, clothing layers (for sensory management)
-Sound baths do not involve water or getting wet
