Attention attendees: Online registration does not guarantee session access. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the session begins and check in with a volunteer to secure your spot. Thank you!

Introduction & Ice breakers (15 min)
1) Host and workshop introduction
2) Introduce self to a partner. Then share out in group (What brought you to this workshop?)
3) Ice breaker: Change places with someone in the circle if you have… (gives the group an opportunity to learn more about each other)

Mandala Workshop (35 min)
1) Mandala Introduction
Create from the center out
Mandala’s symbolize introspection and one’s place/purpose in the world
Mindful practice to get out of the thinking head, way to relax
Washing it away - symbol of circle of life, the practice of letting go
2) Invite participants to nature bath and gather items for mandala making
3) Create mandala

Closing (10 min)
1) Mandala gallery walk (this gives participants a chance to walk around and see everyone's mandala)
2) One word to describe your experience - Group share (in the last 5-10 minutes we'll come back together to share what everyone's experience was like)

At the end of this workshop participants will:
1) Have learned about what mandala’s are and represent.
2) Have learned how to make a mandala out of various materials
3) Connected and shared with other participants about their mandalas and what it means to them
