It's a launchpad for BIPOC makers to make significant contributions to the outdoor industry, promoting diversity, sustainability, and innovation. By empowering participants with the knowledge and resources to take their ideas from DIY projects to commercial ventures and aims to catalyze change and inspire a new generation of outdoor industry entrepreneurs.
