Folks are invited to take some time to possibly slow down and connect with their senses and each other, in partnership with the natural world around us. A certified Forest Therapy Guide will provide invitations that may encourage mindfulness, playfulness, and exploration, as we discover how nature connection can be healing to the individual and the community!

- Gathering and introduction of Forest Therapy and Each other ~15 minutes total depending on group size. We will pick a gathering location and it will likely be 5 minutes of folks gathering and another 10 minutes for me to introduce myself and what forest therapy/forest bathing is and looks like, and to answer any initial questions or concern.

- Guided meditation/exploration of the senses ~25 minutes total. After walking a little bit or to our anchor point I will invite folks to be guided through their senses and the space. This can take about 15 minutes with 5-10 minutes of sharing

-First Partnership Invitation ~25 minutes total. I will invite folks through our first partnership invitation. This invitation differs depending on what the group, myself, and the natural world around us hold on that day and in that moment. Invitation is ~15 minutes, with 5-10 minutes of sharing.

-Second Partnership Invitation ~25 minutes total. I will invite folks through our first partnership invitation. This invitation differs depending on what the group, myself, and the natural world around us hold on that day and in that moment. Invitation is ~15 minutes, with 5-10 minutes of sharing.

-Tea Ceremony ~15-20 minutes total. To close out we will share in having tea and possibly some snacks as we share with each other whatever we are feeling/noticing in that moment or our take-away from the forest bath. Folks can stay as long as they want but the sharing of the tea and with each other should be no longer than 20 minutes.
