During this immersive hike, a guide will lead participants on a soul-stirring exploration, providing insights into the diverse flora and fauna that call this forest home. We will learn about the delicate balance of ecosystems and the fascinating interdependence of all living beings in this pristine environment.

This Nature Immersion Session is designed to foster a profound connection with nature and a sense of inner healing. On the hike, participants will be encouraged to partake in activities specifically curated to help one tune into the rhythms of the natural world, find solace in its quietude, and discover the therapeutic benefits of being surrounded by such serene beauty.

Workshop Outline:
90 mins total slotted planned activities

- Welcome + Intro: About Facilitator; T3C Business (5 mins)
- Icebreaker Activity: Participants will share their Name/Pronouns/Accessibility Needs/One thing they enjoy most about being in nature (15 min)
- Session Background: What the flow will look like; expectations; how this walk is different than your typical hike as we will be participating in mindfulness activities along the way (5 mins)
- Grounding Circle: Facilitator will Seal the space with incense; Land + Ancestor Acknowledgement including inviting in any ancestors (2-legged and 4-legged) to be with us as we journey on our walk (5 mins)
- Warm-Up for Walk: Lead participants through some quick stretches; go over how to engage with and view nature; safety tasks, and review shared accessibility needs (5 mins)
- Walk: along the walk we will be identifying various plants, birds, animals; sharing insights into how nature can be healing/ what we are feeling in the moment (45 mins)
- Cool-down and closing: invite folks to share one thing they learned along the walk and/or a takeaway from the session; facilitator share resources for more activities; thank participants for joining (10 mins)
